So is everything under control or still issues? Did it feel more like it was pulling the wheel away from you and center, or did it feel like it was trying to center over and over?
I can reinstall F1 2013, because I don’t remember in game settings nuances. But if you got the profiler installed and set right you should be good to go there so it would be in-game settings after that. In the meantime you can post screenshots of your in-game settings and I can see if something pops out.
Off the top of my head;
First Id try the simplest one; A lot of Codemasters games of that era have weird weird issues with vsync being on or off. It seems like it should be completely unrelated to a wheel but its worth trying. Try turning vsync ON.
Oscillation like that (if its pulling away from you) can be FFB strength related. Is your wheel super heavy/strong otherwise?
So it’s been awhile since I’ve posted here about this, I moved my PC back into the bedroom (away from the child) so not had to deal with the issues I had previously… That’s not to say they are solved though, infact I have a new issue! Once every now and again my PC crashes for no reason, weather I’m in game or desktop it doesn’t really matter, the screen is so strange though, not even a BSOD, black screen, etc, looks rather fuzzy, I’d say like a snowey digital signal, just like that on the old analog ariels but with some straight lines lol. I have to reset at the on/off switch on the the chassis for a normal reset and the same thing in event viewer - kernel power event 41 task 63. Still unable to test the system long term on another PSU as I just don’t have one with enough power to run it. Can’t see how it’s the PSU though but from previous issue’s it does keep it at the front of my mind. I’m leaning towards my GPU but the issue doesn’t go away with another GPU so yea… I hate tech and it hates me. (Y)
@Trainsmash I don’t think so. There are 2 intake fans and only one exhaust fan but I don’t think that’s the ‘‘issue’’. GPU has a reference blower fan style so these temps, apparently, are nothing to worry about after all.
