I have an unused Watch Dogs 2 key as well. I dont like that game, but I am very open to trade it for a cheap game during the black massacre week. 
Codes are US only it seems, or maybe certain countries are just left out.
Mine is a 100% EU at least
ButtStallion jCARS tried and it said the promo was not available in his country. I activated it to see if it would give a key, but it put it in my library haha. Now I own Watch Dogs 2 XD Two copies left though.
teh_g gets one because he is buying one of the SSDs off of me that I bought in error
