Yes, you can rock/tilt the whole chair. There is a big turn know as well that controls how hard/easy it is to do so.
I have sat in it for around 4-5 straight so far and no issues at all, doesn’t even really feel like I am sitting on anything lol Is very nice.
Yes, the gloves came in the box. Normally I wouldn’t have bothered with them but as I was going to be doing photos and video, I said what the heck, that’s a good idea!
