I just started playing Fallout 2, as I’d never played it before.
In the very first level, you need to use explosives to open up a door. I set the timer for 1 minute, but wasn’t sure what the mechanic would be in game. I waited for a bit, then wanted to check the explosive to see if I neglected to do something. Apparently that was 1 minute later, because when I picked it up, it exploded and killed me.
I lasted all of 5 minutes in the game before dying…
