Sgt_T8ie LOL probably. is there a monkey in the chair? I had emailed them telling them I got the chair intact, and that I liked it, and they asked for a pic of it. I sort of thought the way it was worded, it may be for promotional purposes. Being that I didn’t want my mug in a picture that may be used and circulated who knows where, I picked up a little stuffed monkey of my wife’s and decided to make it famous.

An Ewin update-
A piece broke off of my chair last week, nothing major, it was just a cosmetic only plastic part. I emailed them, and asked if there was a warranty, or if not, how much it would be to get another one.
No cost, within a week, they sent me a kit to fix it!
Ewin still has my vote on best chair, not only because of comfort, the way its built, but their customer support is very awesome, in a world where other companies seem to completely lack that.
