That’s actually a pretty good deal we could make out of. Unfortunately, this applies only to digital copies and I still prefer physical ones, being the weird dude I am!
It should be simple to check for region lock and possible paypal fees. I have no problem doing this for anyone when the canadian price is good.

gord0 I am from Bangladesh. we dont have our own steam store. My region/steam store was global…then few of my friends from india said their region/steam store is cheap af…so they helped me to changed my steam region/store from global to india…
and its really cheapest i guess…but the only problem is i cant gift any other steam users who doesnt have indian store/indian region…keep that in mind game wont be region locked…your account will be region locked which means other steam users can gift me but i cant gift them unless they have indian steam region…i guess you got my point…
though what u said if we could work out that way…damn !!!
