This will be my next game! From what I gather it’s a re-master. The cut-scenes are stretched 720p fmvs at 30fps…which is easily ignored. The game itself looks great and the world in which it takes place is actually interesting in contrast to a certain game I just beat. It also seems they’ve added quite a few mechanics for a side scroller. This one will be fun for sure.
Runs like crap in Linux, but I can get a solid 60 in Windows at max settings at 1440p in single card mode. Crossfire creates fluctuation between 45ish and 60fps. Both xb360 and xbone controllers work automatically.
Beat this game about an hour ago! It’s such a great little tale with an excellent difficulty curve. I bought the Alf’s Escape DLC… but from what I gather it’s just a set of extra hard levels with no more story. So I just gave up and considered it a tip for the devs. Was only a few bucks anyway.
