Given how sluggish the controls are, that would be nauseating.
I also think I’m gonna have to play this the same way I played gta5. Mostly controller, but during gun fights, drop controller in lap and use kb+m. The first gun fight in the game was horrid on the controller.
Gun fight is complete and utter shit in RDR2. It doesn’t matter what you use. With the controller, you’ll probably be better off since the game forces you to auto aim anyway.
Maybe I didn’t learn auto aim yet. The reticle was moving with the stick.
For me it was literally snapping to the enemies. In the first mission where I was killing the wolves, it was mostly auto aim combat. Maybe it works differently on console than on the PC version.
May be in the options. It would probably cause a pcmr ragegasm having the auto aim default to enabled lol. I’ll check tonight.

It is and they remastered it. You don’t have to buy another ver if you have the original. Just pop in the 360 disc or buy online.
Why the hell is the first game more expensive than the second one…

I have all that off. Probably the game has that gun play designed so it just snaps onto targets. In any case, I hate it.
But wouldn’t turning it off mean using kb+m for shooting?

But who cares…everything dies in one hit in RDR2 anyways.
It doesn’t snap to targets Mili, you must have some option still on or it is your imagination. Once you get good at shooting in the game the gunplay is very good. The hit boxes are spot on, headshots are bloody and satisfying often giving a slow mo cam to enjoy your work. Many times when surrounded I’d shoot the legs out of half the enemies and mow the rest down. Upgrade your weapons or kill notable characters and take theirs and you’ll enjoy it more.

Last game I did the same type of switch for was Battlefield 4. Vehicles XB control, KB+M on combat. Was constantly picking up and putting down haha
