I sure am hating TWC lately, they been charging me out the ass and every time I call to try to lower my bill it seems to end up with my bill higher… just lost a good 35 dollars this month from my figures on my pc upgrades because of it…
I hate them and Comcast so much. If they jacked up your billing, you should file an FCC complaint!
Its cause of their bill ahead crap to rebill ahead and pro rate. It’s stupid

They ran Fiber Optic right out front of my house over the summer and I am just waiting for that company to make it for residents and not just businesses and then I will give Time Warner the heave ho!
