Zmajuga - Gamer Challenge 2019.

This reminds me I need to play black list still

I never played a Splinter Cell game hohooh

Blacklist had better combat, worse story

With a game that short, I’m fine with good gameplay and a meh story. I think I care more about story when the game is long because it keeps me interested. If it’s short enough then I don’t mind.

Today I have finished "Middle Earth: SHADOW OF WAR"

The real question is where to start because It’s all been said about this game.

ME: SoW is a great, and I repeat “great” game.

It has a great storyline although lore is changed and different than in original LOTR. It didn’t bothered me at all as I expected it to be different than in the literature.

Graphics are great. Characters looks amazing, locations looks beautiful. Every part of the game gives something to a charm of this world.

Sound and voiceovers are fantastic. Everything is just perfect.

Gameplay is amazing, but we know that from the Shadow of Mordor. There are a lot of abilities to unlock which can fit any style of play.

The only negative thing (and I deducted my score because of it) is an Act IV and abysmal repetition of fortress sieges which you need to do again just to get to the end game.

Anyway…just play the bloody game. I finished it in 55 hours and it’s worth almost every second of your time.

Personal score: 9/10

Same opinion. End game was dumb, oh well

I loved it so much I bought another copy for ps4. Great game!

I like how the story took a very dark and unforeseen turn

Today I have finished "COSTUME QUEST 2"

For me, this is one of those cartoony games that you just can’t hate.

It has a nice storyline, different than in the first game but nevertheless quite interesting.
You’re embarking on a quest to save Halloween where different costumes help you in combat. Something like Anthem but much better (pun intended).

Graphics are nice. Characters are straight from a kid’s cartoon.

Sound is nice with nice music.

Gameplay is classic JRPG which I love.

If you like JRPG games and you don’t have much gaming time, this one I recommend since it’s not too long. I’ve finished it in 8 hours.

Personal score: 8/10

Time to finish all the previous gifts before hitting day 1000? :stuck_out_tongue:

Actually most of them were pretty much at the end, just Rocket League got in the way. I have taken @sYnCroSis advice to cut at Rocket League. Now I’m enjoying single player games. Have more time to play. But if I finish 'em until day 1000, that would be a great achievement.

Another day, another game finished. This time it’s "SPEC OPS: THE LINE"

War war never changes. And this was one fucked up journey.

This game has so messed up storyline, and not in negative way. Your choices through the game are important because end game is depending on them, and I love that kind of stories. The movie Apocalypse Now certainly had a lot of influence on the developers of this game.

Graphics are good for the time this game was made.

Sound is nice with some crazy rock ‘n’ roll to complete the Apocalypse Now atmosphere.

Gameplay is simple cover shooter with controls which can be frustrating, but once you get a grip of it, you keep sliding through the levels.

If you want to know what really happens during a war, play this game. Forget about new COD or Battlefield games. I have finished it in 8 hours and can recommend it for casual gamers who like action packed cover shooters.

Personal score: 8/10

Tonight I finished "OXENFREE"

I needed a rest from NioH so I decided to take a shot at this game.

This time I won’t say much about it since everything is a spoiler.

Nice graphics, nice sound, great story, and all in all a great game.

If you’re fan of adventures, this is a must play.

Personal score: 9/10

Tonight I finished "THE FOREST"

It’s a nice crafting survival game with a good story, which I find rare nowadays.

You end up stranded on an island after your airplane crash. There are a lot of mysterious clues to find on the island as the story progress but I don’t want spoil anything.

Graphics are really good and NPC’s looks and moves great. Different weather conditions adds to the immersion.

Sound is also really good and can give you goose bumps, especially during the night.

I can really recommend this game since it’s great to play in coop mode with friends (to be precise 41 hours of relaxed coop with friends in my case). For you who have VR devices, I’ve been told that it’s even better in VR.

Personal score: 8,5/10

You mentioned “friends” a couple of times. What’s “friends”?
