I played and beat this game entirely on my Steam Deck.
It was a fun mix of base building (minor portion) and a rogue lite type game. It had hilarious mechanics that involved sacrificing followers and ensuring they worshipped you enough.
It took me about 15 hours to beat and was well worth the money.
