Apparently if you have a copy of Witcher 3 anywhere else, including console, you can get a copy of it on GOG for free using the 2.0 app or something.

You can get a free Ghostrunner key for GOG this month if you have Amazon Prime. Also, Star Wars Squadrons on Origin, and Alien Isolation on EGS (EGS already gave it away before tho).

So this is why both games are going for half an euro on all grey market key shops. 
Control for GOG free if you got Prime. Also Dragon Age Inquisition on Origin. And Rise of the Tomb Raider on EPIC. Plus the normal handful of small indie games for Prime Gaming.
