So this is my next game. So far it seems to just continue from a short time after the previous game. I’ve only played a few hours so far.
Man am I ever glad I waited for the PC version. Currently running at max settings at 2160p>60 (usually >80, often >90, DLSS: Quality, Reflex: On+Boost, HDR: On). It’s so good looking, and doubly so coming off the back of the potato grade Bayonetta 3 lol.
I’m curious, I linked my PSN account, what system people on playstation see me playing on. On my friend list, it will show if someone is on ps4, ps5, etc. Does it show the Steam symbol when I play? I appear to be getting both Steam achievements and PSN trophies.

Just beat it! It’s another fucking good game! So good that the souls-like Valhalla dlc isn’t shit and actually has story content that continues from where Ragnarok left off. Play 2018 first, play Valhalla after the main game. If you don’t, you won’t have the input muscle memory the base game provides and you’ll be completely in the dark story-wise. Recommended!
I was watching a video about how they animated the first one by giving the axe sticking points to enemies to make it “feel” like hits and it was pretty interesting.
