Its not for gaming, its for work, but just thought I’d post it here.
Old Laptop was over 10 yrs old, and it wouldn’t install Win 11, so boss told me to get a new one.
Got an HP Omen. Its decent, but man, this thing runs HOT. I mean, like the keyboard is hot to the touch. Oh well, its free, so I will deal with it. LOL
I have 2 laptops for work. HP Elitebook G11 and HP Z book (whatever the latest model is) and both get super hot!
I got used to it, since I’ve been using HP stuff for about 8 years now. Which is also a good thing…I can now flip a pancake on pan with my bare hands! Thanks HP!
Interesting! We get Dell XPS at my work.
We used to have the Lenovo Thinkpads but those sucked too. Fingerprint magnet. I kinda work in a dusty environment and the moment I touch anything dusty and then the laptop afterwards, the lenovo looks like it has been ran through both world wars.
In that regard is HP better. But also hotter. Why cant we have perfect laptops hello???
Honestly I was just sent to the local Micro Center and got the one that was on the biggest sale in our price point.
