I know that Sapphire now gives you the ability to replace them as well. Has for at least a year anyway. Not sure about upgrading them though.

Ball Bearing was my C.B. handle as a kid, my dad gave it to me because I would go through them quick on my bike, it was always in the bike shop getting them replaced it seemed.
