I got these two achievements in Darkest Dungeon yesterday…
One of the mechanics in the game is stress, if it gets high enough your people die of heart attacks. The game is hard.
Has anyone seen any other really morbid achievements?
One that comes to mind is Red Dead Redemption, where if you tie up someone and put them on the train tracks you get an achievement.
I don’t know about these ugly ones but I know about the ones in Saint’s Row and Blitz. You have to destroy other people’s scrotum and the achievement will pop up. Also, in Lollipop Chainsaw and Nier: Automata, if you look at their panties few times, you get a trophy.

Hahaha, that doesn’t surprise me in Nier. Those crazy Japanese games.
not really morbid, but I got this one from a minor (I think) quest in Divinity: Original Sin
