Well I went and took my daughters money, added the same amount of mine and got her a system. I would have liked one a bit better but price was a factor so it is what it is.
i5 4690k, 8 gb 2133 ram, Gigabyte 970 and it came with a kb, mouse and a 28" 4k monitor (which I promptly acquired, I figure she needs to learn 1080p life first… but I did give her one of my 24" Asus monitors).
He was asking 900 but I gave him 775, (heck the monitor is still under warranty and is pricey even still…
I wish it were better than 60hz but it works for now.
Okay just had to share… thanks for coming out and supporting me with money… no really, send funds as I keep spending when I should not be.
