Be sure to skip the first DLC, it’s only a teeny tiny bit of unimportant story and a bunch of vaults…so just chores. Just ubisoft being lazy.
The second DLC is alright. It’s a variation on the mechanics of the base game, and oddly, completely unrelated story-wise. It’s based on Chinese mythology instead. It’s alright enough to complete if you beat the base game, but I wouldn’t shed a tear if I never played it.
Just beat it, was fun enough to complete. They just phoned in the story/dialogue though. As if they forgot to do it and had to put put something together last minute. Only recommended if you completed the base game. On to the third DLC I go…
Not bothering with the 3rd. They changed the genre into a game I can’t be bothered with.
I can’t complain though, only paid for ps+. The base game is definitely recommended though.
I remember really liking the game. Too bad Ubisoft is focused on being shit lately
For real. I remember being very excited to learn about the next Ubi game. That was like 18 years ago.
I love mythology, but I’m not a fan of cartoonish graphics. But if you guys say the game is great, I will try it too.

Same. They just stopped being innovative and kept bringing out slop with 10000 of map markers and stories that always end up being too long just for the sake of being long. Immortals FR was a fresh game they made and immediately abandoned it because it didn’t reach AC numbers. Same goes with the new Prince of Persia. Great game, abandoned it because it failed to bring out cash to all of the 20k employees they have.
