I didn’t even know this was in the works! I’m not playing it right now, just wanted to make it known!

Aren’t they releasing another one? Ishin something? Whatever it is…i need more.
Yeah Ishin is a thing. I’ll get to that before this one. Ishin takes place hundreds of years ago, but the character models in the trailer look just like Kiryu and friends.
The Like a Dragon game was sooo good. I liked that more than the other ones.
Crap, i have to play that one too. I even have 2 copies of ittttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt
I also need to play 4, 5 and 6. I need to retire
Dang, now I’m going to have to research what order to play them.
Just looked it up. It won’t matter if I play Ishin or Infinite wealth first. Ininite wealth is a direct sequel to like a dragon and Ishin takes place before all the other games.
Oops, forgot Man Who Erased His Name. It takes place between Yakuza 6 and Like a Dragon. I’m going to play either Ishin or The Man Who Erased His name first (whichever gets to the top of my list first) and infinite wealth last.
Just play them all at the same time on 3 PCs. That way you will save some time but lose your sanity. I’d say that’s a good trade.
You are truly a visionary. I may require assistance.
Hands for one, feet for one, voice commands for one.
yup
So I just started The Man Who Erased His Name! Currently running at max settings at 2160p>60 (usually >100, DLSS: Quality). Probably the best looking Yakuza game I’ve played (also probably because max settings PC+DLSS). I don’t think I have to explain it. The mechanics are the brawler style. It fills in the story between 6 and Like a Dragon. If you like Yakuza games, you like this game. It also comes with an Infinite Wealth demo built into the game. Not touching that until I beat the game though. Will post more later!
Just beat it! Such a good fucking game! All I can say is you better play all the Yakuza games in the order listed below and this game will be 1000x better than if you hadn’t. Recommended if you meet the prerequisits!
Play in this order:
Yakuza 0
Yakuza Kiwami (Yakuza remake)
Yakuza Kiwami 2 (Yakuza 2 remake)
Yakuza 3
Yakuza 4
Yakuza 5
Yakuza 6
Judgement
Yakuza: Like a Dragon
Lost Judgement
Like a Dragon: Ishin!
Like a Dragon Gaiden: The man Who Erased His Name (this game, all the above games inform the happenings of this game)
Then play the next games in this order:
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth
Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii (I think there’s a clue about this game in Gaiden)
I’m currently replaying Yakuza 3 on PSN. Gonna be a while until I reach the new ones.
Also Judgment games can be played at any time afaik. Unless the Like a Dragon games have some connection with the Judgment games?
