Currently i am using GTX 960 4 GB (Still one year warranty Left) . which is out dated obviously. So one of my close younger brother selling his 970 EVGA (almost 3 years old). and u guys already know that i always have money issue so i want to sell that 960 add some cash maybe 1/2k extra and buy 970 from him. is that a wise decision? really need some suggestions. cause 970 is a good card but still its kinda old too. so please let me know guys :3
I would say as long as you feel its good for your system, I know the 970 is suppose to be good… even if its old tech
I’d say save and get a generation up.

Now that the 20 series is out, the 10 series prices are dropping.
A 1050ti or a 1060 is at least 50% jump from the 960. The gap is huge between 9th and 10th gen, save for it.
