Vault-Tec Van was seen in Sacramento, California by my brother on his way home from work. Was also seen back in May. Just an interesting observation, I thought I’d share with you guys. I’m pretty sure there was one seen in Boston prior to Fallout 4, so maybe scouting locations, on its way somewhere else (Frisco maybe?) or, quite possibly, no reason at all?
Hmm, lot of landmarks they could use, in CA, and they do have that one faction based there.
But then again, Defiance did San Fran, and it would probably feel like that to me.
