This FX 8320 + RX 470 8gb Build has been rather amazing sense I got the MSI RX 470 Gaming X. I have to recommend this card to everyone! I have noticed quite the difference in temps and the feel of the side of my case!
Gorkie I like MSI video cards, the style and the red is a must have in my builds 
And the cooling is always great.

MSI Cards are great. Had a few now.
Preferred the gunshot metal grey Twin Frozr’s, as it goes with everything. The red messes with my build. They should make the red plastic transparent and add RGB LEDs behind it. Problem solved for everyone.
MSI has good customer service too. In my experiences dealing with them, including a RMA, it has always been pleasant.
