Iād be curious if better fans would make that unit even better. I replaced the fans on my Corsair radiator with some Noctua ones, and it made it significantly quieter.
Better fans will always help in my experience. Too many times companies skimp out on fans to help keep the price down and some of the AIOs are extremely loud.
