Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince

So this is my next game. Been playing since yesterday. Now I could have sworn I’d played the 3rd one well after GX existed, but I guess it’s been longer than I thought. At least I couldn’t find a thread via search.
If you’re unfamiliar with the Trine franchise, you play as 3 different classes that you toggle between with a button press at any time (wizard, knight, archer). Each has unique abilities to get you through the levels (2.5d platformer). The levels are setup in such a way that you are constantly switching classes. Quite satisfying. It’s been long enough since I played the 3rd game, however, that I don’t know what’s new/changed other than the story.
This one’s quite pretty. Currently running at max settings at 2160p>60 (usually >100). Will post more later!

Just beat it! If you liked the previous games, you like this one. If not, you don’t necessarily need to start with the first one. The story is shallow enough that it doesn’t matter what order. Recommended!

I didn’t even know they had a Trine 2 and 3…

Seems to be a trend with this franchise. I didn’t know there was a 2 until I saw 3, didn’t know there was a 4 until I saw 5.
