11 Days sense they tested the Graphics card, and no word on what they are doing about the issue still… I hate waiting on things like this, and I don’t want to call and cause a slow down in the process and have it take longer…

Don’t you have a customer service ticket/convo/account? Just email or reply to that. Asking for an update isn’t going to slow things down, especially if they’re going nowhere. You’ll never have answers if you don’t ask questions.

Similar happened to me with MSI RMA on my GPU. Got my updates about receiving it then update that its DOA then nothing. After 48hrs I asked what was up and got my answers.

It gets better… They emailed me again today, and I just got the email its been shipped out today to me.
