I live in Budapest with another million people. Buda and pest was once two independent city. Buda as the castle district and Pest as the city where ppl lived. Now it is one city merged. Buda still has the castle on top of the hill but most of the other areas are pretty green and livable. Pest is the crowded, cheap, dirty part of town. So I am glad I live in the “green area” in Buda almost out of the city border with the senior citizens

I grew up in a tiny little town in Massachusetts. The biggest news growing up was when we got a Dunkin Donuts in town.

I went from like 10,000 people to 130,000. I need to move back to a small town.

I grew up in a little town (around 9k people) in OWL, was a nice and quiet place. Now I live in a bigger town in the Ruhrgebiet with around 160k people. Both has it’s pros and cons.
