F1 2022 season

Merc joining the leading pack? :smiley: Hopefully it is not a one track miracle, bigger upgrades coming from all the teams to Barcelona

Slow times in FP3. No answers really. Looking forward to Quali.

Gotta say Albon is having himself a weekend so far. Latifi is becoming a bit of an embarrassment.

Rough go for George today after being dialed in yesterday. Really seems that Merc is still a far ways off. They found a window to where it works finally, but it is a really small window.

Definitely going to be some safety cars tomorrow. Strategy might come into play too. Should be fun.

Hamilton podium? Max win? Alfa double points? All in :smiley:

Alfa double points failed :smiley:

Surprisingly clean race so far. Though for sure somebody would’ve been into the wall by now.

Ferrari is going to need to find some straight line speed sooner rather than later if we’re going to have a battle for the rest of the season. RB is starting to cruise a little too easy.

Welp. Last chance for Merc to figure it out. They showed up in Spain with a lot of tweaks to their floor again.

They need to prove it isn’t a FP2 anomaly like Miami. But the cars have looked the smoothest they have so far this year.

Exactly, looks calm on the straight as well

Even the way George and Lewis are talking has changed. Very good signs;

Amazing lap by Charles!

The Mercs look “fixed” that’s for sure. All about setup now. Still a step behind but I think they’ll be making more and more noise.

Weird race. Everybody had bad luck. Max spin/DRS. Charles DNF. Carlos bad start/spin. Perez team orders. George cooling. Bottas strategy. Hamilton puncture/cooling. And of course somehow Red Bull survives it best.

Good signs for Merc all things considered.
