Good question, I can never tell. I think he did one or two times but nothing permanent.
We should make a badge for that!

It looks like this is due to be “rebaking” posts when I made the change to image uploads. Basically the task that generates the first quote badge runs nightly, and when I rebaked the posts it caused that job to give the badge again.
