Just a bit comedic. Here the supreme leader just totally ignoring testing so the death rate is almost the highest in the world. Some people are just stupid, as I was saying. Or not stupid but trying to gain from the pandemic.

Not stupid. Plenty of young people are hospitalized. Yes good people died/are dying, but a good chunk of the dead/dying people are from the stupid persuasion and we can only hope they havenāt already reproduced. Keep in mind, the stupid are the ones spreading this shit the mostā¦at least in North America.
I worried about my job for no reason, we didnt got fired but we are in contact with a lot of customers face to face and i just hope i dont get infected. Most of the people and friends of mine lost their jobā¦ i guess im blessed and lucky at the same time.

You should be fine so long as you keep wearing a mask, gloves, glasses, and wash your hands frequently. I even throw all my clothes in the laundry machine when I get home from a grocery run just in case.

I havenāt seen a human from up close for about 3 months. Perks of being IT and having an office separated from the worlddddd. Germany is controlling the situation pretty well, considering how many people are just complete turds. Big events such as concerts or hentai gatherings are prohibited until 31. August. The bigger stores are being opened again but under strict safety and health control. They are trying to restore a bit of the normal life while taking precautions. There are around 40k infected throughout Germany and 85k were recovered from the crap. 4405 died unfortunately.

Personally, I am just sick and tired of everyone trying to make a political statement out of this. Almost every time I read something about this virus, its accompanied by some little passive aggressive comment about whichever way a person believes, politically.

Problem is, the only reason itās a pandemic and not a forgotten mainland chinese blip in the health system is because of politics. Sick, sick mainland chinese politicsā¦which by extension of bribery includes the WHO. Thereās more politics than biology involved than any one person should have to stomache.
Iāve been laid off with a return date of mid May. Kinda happy about it. Now I got time to actually finish video games. Hopefully I actually have a job to come back to in a month.

Today through the weekend is round about the incubation period for COVID dating from when those folks decided to protest in the state capital the other day. Will be sad/interesting to see if thereās a spike in cases the next few days here.
Are individual states allowed to close their borders? Seems like it would be a good way to curb the morons while allowing the states governed by sensible people to recover.
Individual states cannot close their borders. They can do screenings, but they canāt do full border closures.
