I played a demo of this game long ago at PAX with @teh_g and decided to back it on Kickstarter. Well, I just beat it. I really enjoyed the characters, story, art, and music. The mechanism for telling the story was clever and tied into your ability to make choices pretty well. This was marketed as an adventure puzzle game though, and I have to say the puzzles were wayyyyyyyy too easy. Like, geared towards younger players or people who suck at puzzles easy. It was still fun to play though. If you’re looking for a casual pallet cleanser that’s charming and funny, this is the game for you. If you want a challenging adventure puzzle game you’re better off playing something like Machinarium.

Anyhoo, I’d give it a 6/10 because I liked the parts I liked enough to recommend it but the puzzles were disappointing. It ended “to be continued” so hopefully the sequel is more challenging. I’ll play it either way for the story.
